The COVID-19 constraints will continue throughout the 2020-21 season in order to help manage risks, and to protect the health and well-being of our members. All club meetings will be held on-line through the use of Zoom meetings. A downloadable pdf document is available through this link to help members plan for the rest of the season.
Starting December 21, 2020, the club is using Zoom “Meetings” to host virtual club meetings during the Covid-19 pandemic. Most members should be able to connect to the meetings as attendees, with your microphones and video cameras on. We will ask any member who is not participating as a presenter to mute their microphones and preferably to turn off your video cameras during the presentations. If most attendees turn off their video cameras, the viewing experience improves for everyone with the reduced bandwidth and avoiding viewing anyone except the person speaking. We will occasionally open the meeting up for socializing after the formal presentations, and split off into smaller “breakout” rooms for this purpose.
