With a fascination for images, Carlos Richer completed a bachelor degree in visual arts with a specialization in photography at the University of Ottawa, while working as a projectionist in a repertory film cinema.

With his diploma in hand and a passion for Photoshop, he launched his teaching career in
photography, computer graphics and multimedia.

Since 2012, Carlos Richer gives presentations on inspiration, on creativity and on finding one’s personal photographic style.

Topic:  Black & White Language

Black and white photography has always been a part of my life.  For me, this way of seeing is magical and allows me to express emotions that colour does not allow me to do.  I offer you an overview of this world where anything is possible if you have the sensitivity and openness to dive in.
