Newfoundland 2020


Day 1. May 25, 2020
Travel day direct flight to St John’s via Air Canada departing 8:25 a.m. arriving into St. John’s at
1:00 p.m. Group will be met by coach driver and excited to our hotel. Some free time to relax.
Possible photo walk up Jellybean alley. Welcome dinner.

Day 2. May 26, 2020 Breakfast then out to explore and photograph around St John’s. A visit to
Signal Hill, lunch opportunity on George Street and afternoon visit to Qidi Vidi photograph the
fishing village and have dinner there

Day 3. May 27, 2020 Breakfast then drive Cape Spear with is approximately 40 minutes from
St. John’s. Spend the morning exploring and photographing the lighthouse, whales in the bay,
hiking trails. Drive to Petty Harbour, for lunch fish and chips is suggested. Opportunity to
photograph local fisherman then continue our drive down to Bay Bulls and Witless Bay.

Day 4. May 28, 2020 Breakfast Drive to Cape St. Mary’s (2.5hrs) photograph the Gannets at
the Gannet colony stay overnight Placentia area. (Still working in accommodations for this area,
best possible is Castle Landing) If not we will travel up the coast approximately 70 kms to
Chance Cove. (B)

Day 5. May 29 ,2020 Breakfast Drive to Trinity, stay in Port Rexton. Whale Watching on
zodiacs or optional Hike on Skerwink Trail in Port Rexton. Lunch in Trinity then drive up to
Elliston and photograph the PUFFINS for the afternoon dinner at the Bonavista Social Club
return to Port Rexton, Overnight Sea Port Inn or Restland (B)

Day 6. May 30, 2020 Breakfast Return to Elliston for morning Puffin shoot.
Lunch in Bonavista Explore Cape Bonavista Lighthouse and puffin colony dinner at overnight in
Bonavista. (B)

Day 7. May 31, 2020. Breakfast Morning depart and drive to Gander and continue to
Twillingate, Iceberg/Whale watching tour (Iceberg quest Ocean Tours. Overnight Anchor Inn (to
be confirmed) Dinner Auk Island Winery. (B)

Day 8. June 1, 2020 Breakfast Depart Twillingate and travel to Rocky Harbour new Gros Morn
National Park This is approximately a 4 hour 30 minute drive. Sunset shot in Rocky Harbour
across from our hotel. Another great lobster dinner opportunity. Overnight Overview Hotel (B)

Day 9 June 2, 2020 Breakfast Gros Morne, Noris Point, Lunch along the way.
continue explore Gros Morne National Park. Farewell Diner. Overnight Overview Hotel. (B) (D)

Day 10 June 3, 2020 Breakfast Gros Morne Lookout Hiking trail, visit Tablelands optional visit
on Western Book Pond, overnight in Deer Lake, Holiday Inn or Driftwood Inn. (B)

Day 11 June 4, 2020 Flight to Halifax, flight to Toronto. Departs 6:00 a.m. direct flight to
Toronto via Air Canada arriving 7:30 a.m.


Trip fee $4,500.00 CAD plus $276.43 air taxes plus HST based on double occupancy, single
supplement available for an additional 875.00 plus tax. A deposit of $500.00 due at time of
booking. Pricing is based on minimum of 10 guests.
