Post Processing Workflow – will be held as an online presentation; registrants will be contacted with log-in credentials for this evening

An exciting evening with John Warren, senior instructor at the Humber College Photography program.

Digital Photography Workflow – From Capture to Output

Using Adobe Lightroom Classic CC (and Adobe Photoshop).

We all have these great camera systems including lenses, filters, tripods, flash units to name a few things but are we really employing best practices after the shoot ….. maybe, maybe not.

Once we have our cameras set up properly we can concentrate on post production.

Most of us have some sort of file management system in place including how we back up our images but are we consistent in what we do and are we planning for the future?

Here are my six phases or stages for a successful digital photography workflow;
1. Planning the shoot
2. Capture our images
3. Import our images to our computers
4. Processing these images
5. Outputting these images
6. Image back up and archiving strategies

Adobe Lightroom Classic CC can help us with all of the above except for the first two stages.

Lightroom Classic CC can even help us with the capture process if we are tethering our shoot.

Although I will answer questions throughout the presentation I would like to encourage everyone to hold off on questions until after the presentation when we can have a Q & A.
