The George W. Glennie Memorial Nature Salon is an annual competition hosted by the
Merrimack Valley Camera Club in North Andover, MA

The Richmond Hill Camera Club’s 10 image submission earned us 27th place tie, out of 94 clubs.
The level of images must have been exceptionally good because five of our images earned acceptances or special placement.
Geoffrey Pierpoint’s “Cypridedium Regine” was awarded first place in Botany: Flowers.
Rob Kline’s “Green Heron and Two Red Dragons” earned a Merit Award.
Acceptances were garned by:
Ron Goodlin’s “Eagle is Landing” and “Wildebeests Leaping” and Cliff Homewood’s “Common Loon with Fish”.

The competition is a club entry only of 10 images with no more than two from any one photographer.

Full details on the scores and winning images can be found on the Glennie Website.  You can also view/download a slideshow of the entries from their website.
